A Word for Kenya – Build Habitations for His Glory

A Word for Kenya:

Please know that I do not place myself above this word as if I am without fault or in need of changing in my own life or that America is somehow perfect in any way. That is not the case. This is simply what I heard on my walk this morning as I prayed for Kenya and was instructed to speak out. Please receive with an open heart and spirit.

I heard the Lord say, “Corrupted files.” Please follow me in this. There are many ways to speak this out but I want to keep it as simple as possible.

There are corrupted files in the ‘system’ in Kenya where a download from the Lord is being distorted or even perverted as it begins to be revealed. In other words, the corrupted file is in the heart of man where, as revelation is presented, man then works it out for his glory and not the Lord’s glory.

Think of this in the same way that this type of file corrupts a computer system. A corrupted file is a file that has become damaged and refuses to open properly. God’s download is unable to open correctly in its full measure of grace and glory.

This file is corrupted due to man’s wisdom and thirst for power. What God intends for good, the enemy will always try to distort or pervert. And, it is easy to use humans in this way. The Lord desires to reach out and restore, heal, and work in power and glory through His people but corruption rules and reigns.

Because of this corrupted file, what the Lord desires to do in His grace and mercy is being distorted in its outworking because of man’s need for recognition, power, and even greed. His revelation can’t get through or won’t pass through what is initiated in the flesh. What does come through is man’s interpretation of God, not God’s revelation of Himself or His ways. Yet, His desire remains strong and true towards this nation and its people.

This word is for those willing to allow the Lord to delete these corrupted files from man’s heart through repentance and a change of direction It is time to realize that God’s desire is that we are conformed to the image of His son and with a corrupt file in place; every download will be distorted to give man glory and not God.

God’s glory is destined to shine through Kenya and yet, God will share His glory with no man nor be usurped by their interpretation of Him as they want Him to be, not as He is…the I AM.

What to do? Submit yourself to God and allow Holy Spirit to have His way with you – in your life, your churches, and your communities. Listen to Holy Spirit in what to release, what to keep, what to change. Many may have to allow God to bring it all down to nothing to build a habituation for His Glory in His way. There is so much more to say as I love Kenya but I will leave it here for those willing to pray this through and see how God reveals Himself to you. The cost to receive this revelation and take it further in your life? Total submission to be conformed to Jesus Christ.

Holy Spirit, Bring It On- Cornelius Connections

We had a great meeting tonight in Nowy Dvor, Poland…………small group so very hungry to know the reality of Christ and their creative purpose in the kingdom. This meeting was off the charts. Why? Well here’s some observations.

Old school – you got pumped up by numbers, people falling out, loud prophecies, get in the face preaching.

New school…………creativity, Holy Spirit, relationships, sharing tears, healing, so much more. I am so excited about what God is doing with His body of young fresh leaders.

Someone (Margareta) actually had a dream that a Deborah was coming and she (Margareta) was to prepare to listen and receive the prophecy she would get at the meeting.  Well that is exactly what happened…..and so much more.

Peter and Cornelius………divine connection. Bring it on.

Great confirmation of a word given to me years ago. God is faithful.

“I am establishing Cornelius connections.”

There are divine connections being made by the Spirit, in the Spirit, for His glory. It is within this flow established first in the heavenly ream before it is manifested in the natural, that the Spirit of God shall establish incredible connections between people of one mind and one heart to advance the Kingdom of God.”

I hope you get the picture. It seems that God announced us by His Spirit before we actually got there. To me that is exciting. God is faithful. Release yourself to the NOW of God.

Nothing is impossible with God!

Preach Christ – Keeping It Simple In Poland

Here we are in Poland – Gdansk, Elblag area.

Our focus: Preach Christ.

Rivers of Eden Ministry is consumed with Jesus Christ, preaching, teaching and prophesying from the depths of who He is in our lives. Out of the overflow of the heart, the mouth speaks. We speak Jesus. We bring forth the creative expression of Christ within and challenge people to BE the creative expression of Jesus Christ.

When God expresses Himself, it is Christ. We can rightly say that God spoke Himself into human life in the person of the Lord Jesus. For this reason, John called Christ the logos, the Living Word of God. God’s Word is a person. The one true God has revealed Himself  completely and finally in Jesus…..In like manner, the Holy Spirit, the great Revelator, also reveals Christ. And Christ is the only thing that the Spirit reveals. He has no other revelation. The Spirit introduces Jesus, usually in some new way.  Jesus Manifesto: Frank Viola

We preach the reality of the person of Christ. This is our journey right now. This is how it should be. From this reality will flow healing, deliverance, salvation and creative impartation.

The characteristic of Christianity lies in the fact  that its source, depth, and riches are involved with the knowledge of God’s Son. It matters not how much we know of methods of doctrines or power. What really matters is the knowledge of the Son of God. Watchman Nee

A Clear Sound – Do You Hear Yourself Talk?

When I speak, sound moves out with the intent of coming into contact with some thing. Words travel with intent, or at least they should. Ears pick up the vibration as my words move out from within me. They’re looking for a place to land whether that is the human spirit or the deep areas of the heart. I want to speak with intent and purpose, bringing life and light to anyone within the sound of my voice. Whether that be the written word sent out via the Internet or the spoken word as I prophesy/preach/teach, words hold substance. But, the question that always confronts us is quite simple.

Is anyone listening? As the last blog post points out, sometimes our sound can’t be heard at the place where we find ourselves, whether that is a physical location or a spiritual place of transition.

These blog posts are for those waiting to be heard. This is not for those making a way for themselves, pushing out with repetitive prophecies that seem to be a remix of everything that has already been said, over and over and over. I am not talking to those wanting to hit center stage to make a name for themselves. I am not advocating group speak that often happens when we immerse ourselves in a network or denomination of like-minded people who all use the same tribal language.

I am talking to those who hold a deep burning passion within to speak words of life, life and truth in Christ Jesus. You know who you are. You walk in humility and grace. Learning much along the way, you’ve made lots of mistakes and even find yourselves greatly disturbed by what you see and hear around you in Christian arenas. Rather than speak out at the drop of a hat, you choose to remain silent, restrained by the hand of God. There is a deep knowing in you that your words, when spoken, have no place to land. So you wait and wait, sometimes in frustration and sometimes in submission.

There is a time to speak and a time to be silent. We are on a learning curve in our training. I believe there are many ready to be released to speak out what has been entrusted to them while in the hidden places in these past years.

We shall be a people who are intentional. The words that we speak will be words of change – changing atmospheres, changing hearts. Words will go out in power and not return void, doing the work that they are created to do. Intentional words spoken in God’s timing to a people ready to hear.

But right now? Are people listening? No, not really. At least that is my take on things. Too much noise. Too much distraction. People always going to the next thing, and the next thing and the next thing, not willing to meditate and think a bit. Not willing to be silent and to wait on God to get His take on things. Many words coming forth in anger, presumption, fear and judgment. Words need a place to land in order to impact an individual, group of people, a city a nation………….

Right now, so many words sounding forth floating about, spiritually speaking. Words dispersing in the spiritual atmosphere, not carrying any great weight of glory. They are light, airy, without much substance.

Sometimes I read or listen to a message and the word burns deep within me, so strong, so powerful that I want to burst inside, waiting to just release it. But…there is this sense that something is lacking. Where is it? There’s nothing lacking in Christ so the issue must be me. What is this? What do I need?

Deep clarity and understanding of a person – Christ in me. Revelation of the person, the Living Word, within me before I actually speak. Alive in me, He speaks to me before He speaks through me. There is no short cut here…………..intimacy in Christ, with Christ.

I hold words that are in process right now, growing in understanding, wisdom, grace. So many words out there. Many find themselves silent as I said above in order to  purify our language to form substance, to impart His person and His glory.

If they are released prematurely, they will disperse in mid-air never hitting the mark. Words of spirit and truth, life and light – They need a place to land. In the wrong timing, they may hit a person’s heart only to languish on the surface because the person is not prepared. They fall off because the ground is not ready. We are being prepared but so are the people/cities/nations to which we are being sent.

Words move out. They land flat. People don’t receive them, can’t receive them, don’t understand them, or any other number of reasons. What’s the problem? Is it that people are rebellious? Maybe. Are they ignorant of what I am saying? Perhaps. Are they tuning me out due to distraction? Yes, many times they are. There can be many reasons why we’re not heard. I just want to simplify it all right now. Looking at the Lord, keeping my eyes on Him and off of people, I realize something.

I believe that the Lord is restraining many of us from speaking. Why? To impart deep within us simplicity of language that focuses on Jesus Christ.

And I, brethren, when I came to you, did not come with excellence of speech or of wisdom declaring to you the testimony of God. 2 For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified. (1 Corinthians 2:1-2 NKJV)

There has to come a deep knowing before life-giving words come forth in power and anointing. To know Christ and to speak Christ.

It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life. (John 6:63 NKJV)

Creativity – Taking It Back? Or Just Moving Out?

Creativity calls us to stretch. Break out. Move past any limiting restrictions that we place upon the identity, character and nature of Jesus Christ,

As we move, a pervasive question still sounds forth from eternity. This question is not so much to challenge us as to change us by our answer.

“Who do you say that I am?” (Matthew 16:15) That question resounds today, loud and clear. Our answer should flow not from our own head knowledge but from being in sync with heaven’s revelation of the Son, imparted to us. Revelation flows. It hits our heart and our mind. We speak in clear and beautiful ways to reveal who Christ is.

Peter said it this way – “You’re the Christ, the Messiah, the Son of the living God.” 17 Jesus came back, “God bless you, Simon, son of Jonah! You didn’t get that answer out of books or from teachers. My Father in heaven, God himself, let you in on this secret of who I really am. (Matthew 16:16-17 Message)

Who do you say that He is?

Jesus is……………….

There are any number of ways to express the glory of the Son. Words, of course. And dance. And song. And ideas abounding in Christ. And wisdom. And. And And…. so much more.

The Father longs to amaze us; astound us with an unfolding revelation of His Son, Jesus Christ.

Who (Jesus) being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power. (Hebrews 1:3 NKJVS)

We gaze in wonder at His beauty and reflect His glory so that the world will see our Lord. Our expression flows from revelation. This creative expression is then infused through our actions into the atmosphere in the Holy Spirit. Let creativity abound in the Body of Christ!

Of course there is a flip side to this. As I observe culture, I see something else happening. It didn’t just start yesterday. As the church has been robotically cloned in the image of man’s wisdom over the years the devil has been hacking into creative minds right and left. While the church has followed man’s programs and agendas, lacking imagination and true creativity in Holy Spirit, the devil holds captive creative people to fear, greed, narcissism, spirituality without Christ, and perversion.

Creativity is his playground where he captures the hearts and minds of people who giving glory to him through their own pride in creating and its process and promotions. He uses creativity to beckon many to walk in a spirituality without Christ. Calling forth muses, or spirit guides, many attribute their success or acclaim to the occult realm. Others live in fear, rejection, and even contemplate suicide as the devil perverts the creative gifting in people. From movies, TV, books, video games and more, creative expression is sourced in the demonic and flows out in lust on many levels. This is not creativity in its purest form.

Father God expresses His glory through His Son. The Father and the Son are one. Christ is in us, the hope of glory. The Spirit is given to us to access heavenly realms. As Christians, we abound in creativity in our salvation. Creativity is in Christ and we are the creative expressions of His glory in the earth. Christ in us.

This is a good thought to ponder and a good place to start this week. Imagine in Holy Spirit a creative life and its flowing expression. Creativity is our inheritance in Christ – ideas, revelation, imagination, art, music, business…..

It is not so much that we are to take it back. It is not the enemy’s to possess in the first place. In essence, we simply move out in the creativity that is ours in Christ Jesus. Already happening through movies such as Holy Ghost or War Room, we are harnessing our creativity in Christ and telling His story to the world in unique and diverse ways. The well is deep. His love is wide. Each of us plays a part with a unique script and story. It’s time.

Each blog post is just a part of what is going on in my own mind and heart. I am trying to put this all in some sort of order but I find that it is impossible to do. Creative ideas and revelation are hitting me from all sides so I pray you are reading it all and taking what is yours and moving out, stretching in creativity in your own life.

Tentatively, I am going back to Kenya in December for the next phase in Rivers of Eden. Taking creative discipleship classes into churches where I am teaching on living, moving and having your being in Christ – identity. Then we move into prophetic meetings where we let Holy Spirit in creativity flow. Step by step in this journey.
